2008 PRC Achievement Awards
The goal of the Achievement Awards is to
recognize health care managers and organizations that have
enhanced their patients’ perception of care by focusing on the
Key Drivers provided to them by PRC. The PRC approach to
patient perception provides Key Drivers to help managers
determine what is most important in their patients’
perceptions. Organizations, departments, teams, and units use
PRC Key Drivers as a guide for setting goals and objectives,
and as a source of direction when determining operational
priorities. Entries for the 2008 PRC Achievement Awards that
demonstrate a concerted approach to improve patient perception
by focusing on Key Drivers will be considered to be exemplary
entries. Entries should provide detailed discussions of
customer learning efforts, improvement strategies, staff
training, or other initiatives that helped to improve Key
Driver scores.
