PRC Community Health Needs Assessments
PRC Community Health Needs Assessments measure important factors such as healthcare access, preventive care, modifiable health risks, and health status. Our CHNA research fulfills PPACA and IRS 990 Schedule H requirements, while also providing you full picture of your community, as well as a list of priorities to help you improve community health. This includes data on the impact initiatives are having on targeted populations as well as a list of priorities to help guide your w

Primary research focusing on individual's experience and behavior that is geographically and demographically sensitive is often the most useful. To ensure the most accurate research for you, we collect our data via random-sample telephone surveys. This data is augmented with focus groups and community health panels, giving more meaning to your research. Supplemental secondary data is incorporated in the final report to provide context. Our assessments are designed with wide benchmarking potential at the state and national levels, as well as to Healthy People 2020 targets.
Reporting includes a detailed account of the survey findings with analysis of the results, segmentation of key demographic variables, comparisons to state and national benchmarks and Healthy People 2020 targets. Each client receives their own HealthForecast.net site for public sharing as well as password-protected access to data on PRCEasyView.com® for drilling into the results for further analysis.
PRC Quality of Life Assessments
For those wishing to go beyond traditional health issues and delve into quality of life concerns, the PRC Quality of Life Assessment determines residents' attitudes and perceptions of their communities, including the economy, education, house and social environments. This research tests a variety of World Health Organization indicators deemed characteristic of healthy communities.
This assessment is conducted in a similar fashion to our CHNA studies, utilizing primary surveys, supplemental secondary data, and focus groups. Clients also receive detailed reports and password-protected access to the data for further analysis on PRCEasyView.com®.
