Community Health Needs Assessments
New Government Regulations for Non-Profit Hospitals
Understanding communities' needs is becoming more important than ever before. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and related amendments will not only change the way in which healthcare is delivered in coming years, but will also place new requirements on tax-exempt hospitals seeking to attain or maintain their tax-exempt exempt status under IRS Section 501(c)(3).
