PRC is proud to introduce HealthForecast.net^™ an online, interactive tool designed to help clients promote community health and wellness by connecting people to information, ideas and resources.  This tool provides clients with easy access to their Community Health Needs Assessment data, and as a public-access portal it is the solution for not-for-profit hospitals in fulfilling the related public dissemination requirements under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).

The HealthForecast.net^™ is a value-added solution for PRC clients and promotes transparency, best practice sharing, collaboration and civic engagement, with the goal of bringing organizations and residents together to make communities a better place to live.  Every PRC Community Health Needs Assessment client now has the added ability to share results of the study online, at no additional cost.
