SAN DIEGO, CA - JUNE 6-9, 2010 - HYATT REGENCY LA JOLLA AT AVENTINE

Submit Your Proposal Online

PRC’S EXCELLENCE IN HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE is an opportunity for all levels of healthcare professionals – including CEOs/COOs, physician relations directors, healthcare marketers, patient perception professionals, human resource directors, and nurses to share “best practices” and network with colleagues from across the nation.

We are looking for speakers with innovative strategies that have successfully improved their organization’s areas affecting patient, employee and physician loyalty, consumer perception, healthcare marketing and planning. Proposed sessions should include case study information with nuts and bolts strategies that have successfully improved your organization.

Per the continuing education offerings, the key objectives for conference sessions are:

  • Cite behaviors by physicians and healthcare professionals that will help employees, physicians and patients have excellent experiences with the healthcare organization.
  • Analyze how customer service best practice techniques can be implemented in their organization to improve their customers' healthcare experiences.
  • Detect shortfalls within their organization that hinder physicians and healthcare professionals from providing excellent patient care.

Chosen sessions will include multiple details on how the organization achieved success, including both the failures and achievements, along with useful ideas attendees can bring back to implement in their own organizations.

You may propose to present as a single speaker, as dual speakers, or as a moderator with two to four panelists. The majority of sessions will be one hour in length, including questions and answers. Select sessions may be two hours in length.
