The use of this Site and the services contained herein are governed by Nebraska law. Any claim related to this Site or the services provided in connection therewith shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Douglas County, Omaha, Nebraska or the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of any such court and waive any objection as to the venue of those courts as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this Site.
