Home Health Care CAHPS®
The goal of
Home Health Care CAHPS® is to uniformly measure and publicly report
patients’ perspectives on their home health care. The PRC Home
Health Care CAHPS Loyalty + Survey takes the Home Health Care
CAHPS Survey one step further, providing you with information
on how loyal your patients are to you, as well as what you
need to do to increase that loyalty.
